Feast On This!

Here's the Project Greenlight movie Feast trailer which is different than the one I saw at Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors a couple of months back.

I actually liked the other trailer better, and I hope that it is included on the DVD as well. This one has a few moments, but it isn't as lively as the other trailer - it's a bit text heavy.

One thing I do like about this trailer is the fact that the camera moves and has tense angles which are visually interesting. If you're going to make a creature-feature, that's what you want. The funny thing is that a lot of that motion and jerkiness is available to you in post-production as a plug-in to your editing suite software.

So to all of you out there - there's no excuse not to have at least visually tense scenes as required. Choose your angles and go!

And the reason I'm saying this is I've been forced to watch a lot of uninteresting movies lately for a client. It's disappointing...

I'm told Feast will have a screening in Vegas for two nights as promotion for the DVD, which is appropriate as George Maloof was one of the financiers of this picture.
