That would be the kind of gut-punching pulp language that novelist and comic book scribe Mickey Spillane would have used. Mickey Spillane created the great private eye Mike Hammer and forever changed the landscape of crime fiction.

In his later years Spillane retired to South Carolina and lived on the coast fishing, writing and drinking. I saw him once at Myrtle Beach, but didn't get the chance to shake his hand.

He wasn't a great writer, but damn his writing sure was great...
