Save The Red Panda!

(Or at least get him the recognition he deserves!)

I received an email for Gregg Taylor of Decoder Ring Theatre (see sidebar). I would consider it a personal favor if you would help him and his troupe of radio players out. They have given me many moments of pleasure listening to the adventures of The Red Panda. No one is doing radio theatre anymore except for a few afficianados like Gregg. He is a fellow pulpster, and deserves our support for preserving a dying artform - the radio drama.

See below:

First of all, I'd like to apologize for the fact that this is kind of aform letter, sent off to you folks who've been kind enough to send inyour good wishes, be it once or many times ...you know who you are :) I'm sending these little notes around 'cause we're starting a little campaign to make a run at the Podcast Awards... a sort of People'sChoice Awards of Podcasting.

If you wanted to stop by their website http://www.podcastawards.com/ any number of times (though apparently notmore than once a day, like that was a real danger)... and vote for Decoder Ring Theatre in any category or categories that strike your fancy... well, that would be just swell.

Cheers,
Gregg Taylor
Decoder Ring Theatre

I would suggest that we all vote as many times as possible. We now return you to your regularly scheduled broadcast...
