Never Underestimate Fandom...

They are an ingenious, crafty and yes, stubborn lot...
They wanted to see a THUNDERCATS movie, so they went out and made one...from spare parts!



While Hollywood toils away in development, these guys went out and made two and a half minutes of fun to show to all their "friends" on the web. Yes, I do understand this is different than actually going out and shooting, but you have to admire the energy and creativity, using what's available and going with it.

If there's any lesson to be learned from this it's don't get hung up on what you don't have, work with what you do.

Thundercats, ho!

I saw that yesterday on Slash Film, pretty hilarious shit.

however, what worries me is that Hollywood is HELL-BENT on making The Smurfs and Thundercats into real movies... oh god
