Meet Sunny...

The newest member of Clan Cunningham.

From my Sister-in-law:

Hey Uncle Bill,
We have a new addition to the family. Her name is Sunny and she’s a golden retriever mix we rescued yesterday. She’s one year old, house trained, micro-chipped, spayed and knows several commands. She’s so sweet! Her family had a child who was allergic, so they had to let her go.

Micro-chipped?

Congratulations regardless!

Micro-chipping is the gold standard for dog identification. The chip carries all the dog's info and can only be scanned at the vet, who checks ownership, medications, etc... against the registry.

Whenever the dog has its shots the registry is updated.

It's actually pretty cool.
