It's been a long time since we've seen a full-blown, tights and cape wearing super-hero on TV. God bless last place networks. NBC has been down at the bottom of the ratings list for so long now that they're really taking some serious risks. I can't imagine CBS or ABC having the guts to roll the dice on such an unrepentant genre piece as The Cape.
