My preference is always to have a sexy woman holding the gun. Of course. But seriously I like the compelling and graphic nature of the graphic. It's instantly identifiable and I love how it's "POV" of, well, us. I like the yellow one better.
I think the yellow one for the cover (because it'll pop out more, and that shade yellow really harkens back to the color scheme used in the old pulp covers), and the white one for the interior.
Another vote for the yellow. But I like Stafan's suggestion. Making the hand white will create a stronger visual connection between the gun and the hand.
